Spartan ISAR have a range of options for access to unstable ground. Beach, salt marsh, mud flats, environmentally sensitive terrain, snow-covered ground, all pose access and rescue challenges.
We operate a range of tracked vehicles which are ideal for use in such challenging conditions. In fact it’s the same vehicle that has seen service with the Royal Marines Arctic Warfare Cadre for many years. Some of our Hagglaund BV206s are personnel carriers while others have open cargo areas and Hiab crane facility. These are in much demand for construction, survey and environmental sampling work.
Our capability is further augmented by 6×6 Supacat vehicle also fitted with high-capacity winch and Hiab, load distributing mats, modular pontoons and 2 seater fast response quad bikes.
If you need to access difficult terrain and you need to work in tidal areas with exposure to water, we have the solution. All our support crews are swift water rescue trained, with advanced first aid and mud rescue capability, and we carry both water jet and compressed air mud rescue equipment on such deployments.
